Skate Canada Assumption of Risk & Waiver

New this year, Skate Canada is requiring that each participant has a completed and signed Assumption of Risk and Waiver form on file with their club. This form can be downloaded here and must be completed, signed and handed in prior to attending the first session. Participation will not be permitted without a form on file.
